This page sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other services: the fonts and pictures come from this site itself.

It is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). To deliver it, Netlify processes your IP address, the time and the page requested in its server logs. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering this page (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The contact form

What you send through the contact form (your email, your message, and your name if you give it) is stored by Netlify and passed on to us. We use it only to answer you and delete it once the conversation is over. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The app itself, at app.fabelfeuer.com, has its own terms of use and privacy notice, which you read and accept before you play.

Acceptable use

Deepfakes are not allowed. Do not use Fabelfeuer to create images, voices, videos or stories that depict a real person without their consent, whether sexual, deceptive or simply putting words in their mouth. This applies to the app at app.fabelfeuer.com and to anything made with it.

Mature options are for fiction only: invented characters who are adults, never real people and never minors.

Any attempt to create content about a person without their consent will result in legal action. We remove such content, close the account and may pass on what is needed to pursue it. To report misuse, write to the address above.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and you may complain to a data protection authority. To exercise them, write to the address above.
